Day to day duties include designing, implementing and supporting our 1,800+ customers and their websites. Designs include customizing one of our StarChapter Layouts (templates) with the customers colors, fonts, styles, and logo. Once the customer approves the design, the website is implemented on our software with the approved design and content placement. Other daily tasks include managing the graphic design department to make sure all tasks are being completed within our designated time frame and to make sure everything is running smoothly. Another daily task consists of assisting the development team in all development needs including concepts, design, and testing.

Other weekly and monthly tasks include designing and creating any marketing, sales, and customer facing materials the company needs. These materials include but are not limited to ebooks, PDFs, PowerPoints, social media postings, web banners, designing and coding 2 monthly email newsletters as well as quarterly internal newsletters, email campaign designs and coding, website updates for our marketing and knowledgebase site, landing page creations, designing new content for the kb including workflow/content mapping, designing new layout templates and content sections for our platform, video editing, brochure design, and infographics.

 

Started as a Graphic Designer and after two years of hard work was promoted to Senior Graphic Designer in 2017. In 2020 was promoted to the team lead of the graphics department.

Redesigned eBooks for company website. Created web banners and web sliders for various clients’ websites. Designed beer can labels for an event hosted by Stratus Interactive. Assisted with the launch of new websites for clients by integrating information and images into code using HubSpot, as well as performing cross browser and platform testing.

Assisted with design and production of book publications. Completed editorial updates in InDesign and formatted and styled page layouts. Designed advertising banners for company website and updated website with new publications to promote sales.
